This incident was reported on Sunday, according to police sources.

Details of the Complaint

The complaint was lodged by Jay Prakash Yadav, the assistant manager of the toll plaza, around 1:30 PM. Police stated that they identified the vehicles based on their registration numbers and CCTV footage. Efforts are underway to identify the individuals in these vehicles and recover the outstanding toll fees.

Circumstances of the Incident

According to the complaint, the incident occurred on Saturday at approximately 3:50 PM when Umar was being escorted by police to Prayagraj to attend the funeral of his younger brother, Aban Ahmed.

Allegations Against Supporters

The complaint alleges that after passing through toll booth number 3, around 25 to 30 private vehicles began to follow the police convoy. These vehicles are reportedly linked to Umar's supporters. It is claimed that the drivers of these vehicles broke through the boom barrier and sped away without paying the toll.
