Victim Identification
The victim has been identified as Mukesh, a 40-year-old laborer from Jagatpur village in Bihar's Banka district. Initial investigations revealed that Mukesh had an altercation with two other laborers, all of whom were working under the same contractor.
Details of the Dispute
The disagreement escalated into a physical confrontation, during which Mukesh was allegedly attacked with a brick, leading to his death. Police have registered a case under Section 103(1) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for murder.
