The Kukkiwon International Taekwondo Education Program was recently inaugurated in India by the International Schools Sports Organisation (ISSO) in partnership with Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters based in South Korea, and ISF Academy. The program was spearheaded by Master Ahn Hyung-Won, a Kukkiwon Dispatch Master and Associate Instructor, who is celebrated as a leading figure in modern Taekwondo education. Master Ahn holds a 6th Dan Black Belt and has an impressive record, including a gold medal at the U.S. Open Taekwondo Championship and multiple national titles in Korea.
