As the historic Kartik Swami Temple at Kugti reopens, the Chaurasi Vyapar Mandal in Bharmour has made a heartfelt request to all pilgrims to maintain cleanliness and respect the sanctity of the site.
The Mandal has urged visitors to refrain from littering the temple grounds and surrounding paths with items like plastic bottles, cups, plates, and snack wrappers. They highlighted that such actions not only spoil the area's natural beauty but also detract from the spiritual significance of the temple.
Devotees are encouraged to dispose of their waste at designated locations or take it back with them for proper disposal. To support this initiative, the Mandal plans to host a cleanliness campaign involving local residents and volunteers. Additionally, awareness programs will be held along the pilgrimage routes to promote a clean environment during the journey.
The Chaurasi Vyapar Mandal has emphasized the importance of collective effort, noting that Bharmour is not just a site of natural beauty but also a hub of profound religious significance. They stressed that maintaining its cleanliness and purity is a shared duty for everyone.
