Sources suggest that these visuals were secretly recorded inside the DGP's office, featuring different women in various outfits engaging closely with Rao during official duties.
Ramachandra Rao Denies Allegations
Despite the allegations, Rao has denied any wrongdoing, labeling the video as "fabricated and false." He stated, "This is a morphed video. People are targeting me." In an interview, he mentioned, "I was in Belagavi eight years ago; this is an old matter. We have consulted our lawyer regarding this, and we are taking action. This is shocking for us. The video is entirely false. I am unsure if anything occurred; it won't come to light without an investigation. There should be an inquiry into this false information being spread." Rao also met with the Home Minister to discuss the matter, but this did not prevent his suspension.
