Dharamshala: A dedicated three-day initiative is set to take place in Kangra from October 7 to 9, 2026, aimed at identifying and supporting homeless individuals suffering from mental health issues.
This program has been initiated by the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Kangra at Dharamshala, with the goal of providing timely medical assistance, ensuring safety, preserving dignity, and offering essential support to those in vulnerable situations.
