Greaves was a standout player, achieving his first double century in Test cricket. He finished with an impressive score of 202 not out from 388 balls, which included 19 boundaries. Kemar Roach also contributed significantly, scoring 58 runs off 233 deliveries, featuring eight fours.

After being named Player of the Match, Greaves highlighted the team's resilience throughout the game. He remarked that it was a significant day for the team, especially after managing to draw the first Test. "Resilience is a term we've often used in the dressing room. Being there at the end was crucial for me, and it was all for the team. It was a special day for both me and the team. We faced challenges, especially after losing Shai, but with Kemar's support, we managed to hold on," Greaves stated.


"It was a truly special day for us as a group. I had a lengthy discussion with coach Floyd Reifer, who advised me to stay focused once I got in, as the pitch was favorable," he added.

With his remarkable performance, Justin Greaves has become the fourth West Indies player and the seventh overall to score a double century in the fourth innings of a Test match, joining the ranks of cricket legends like Gavaskar, Astle, and Greenidge.
