Assistant Public Prosecutor Tushar Chanda confirmed that the court approved the request for judicial custody, despite the police not seeking it. Allegations of Deception
Sachin Raghuvanshi, the elder brother of Raja Raghuvanshi, accused Sonam of misleading police investigators during her initial eight-day custody.
