Jammu and Kashmir Police Seizes Agricultural Land Linked to Pakistani Terrorist
Seizure of Land in Ramban District
On Wednesday, the Jammu and Kashmir Police confiscated over one kanal of agricultural land belonging to a Pakistani terrorist in the Ramban district. An official confirmed this development.
The property, located in the Tehtar village of the Banihal tehsil, was seized under Section 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) as part of efforts to combat terrorism. The individual in question, Mohammad Saleem, has been wanted since 1992 for various offenses, including those under the Ranbir Penal Code and the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act.
Saleem, a resident of Tehtar village, had evaded legal action after committing crimes, aiming to escape the law.
