Missile Strike Captured on Camera

A disturbing video has emerged showing an Israeli missile striking a location in Lebanon, just a short distance from where a journalist from a Russian state broadcaster was reporting. The broadcaster, RT, posted the footage on its X account, highlighting the moment when the missile hit near their crew. In a subsequent update, RT accused the Israeli military of intentionally targeting their team, despite the presence of clearly identifiable press uniforms, resulting in injuries to reporter Ali Rida, who was covering the situation in southern Lebanon.

The intense footage depicted the missile landing perilously close to the crew. According to reports from the BBC, Steve Sweeney, the head of RT's bureau in Lebanon, stated that his cameraman had 'miraculously survived' the incident and is currently receiving medical attention. This incident occurs amid ongoing Israeli airstrikes and ground operations in southern Lebanon, alongside the broader conflict involving Israel and the United States against Iran.
