Following this, Netanyahu made an emotional appeal to the Iranian populace to rise against the Islamic regime. He urged all segments of Iranian society—Persians, Kurds, Azerbaijanis, Baluchis, and Ahvazis—to liberate themselves from the yoke of oppression and establish a free and peaceful Iran. Previously, the IDF announced these attacks under the name Operation Roaring Lion, stating that the objective is to eliminate threats to Israel.
