Tensions between Israel and Iran have escalated as Israel accuses Iran of violating a ceasefire agreement. The Israel Defense Forces have warned of a military response, following a series of aggressive actions from both sides. Israel's Strong Warning to Iran

On Wednesday, Israel accused the Iranian government of breaching the ceasefire agreement and issued a warning of a potential military response. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) stated on social media, "In light of the severe violation of the ceasefire carried out by the Iranian regime, we will respond with force," according to Chief of General Staff, LTG Eyal Zamir, during a situational assessment.

Earlier this week, Israel confirmed its acceptance of a ceasefire proposal from US President Donald Trump, pledging to take decisive action if the truce is violated. The Israeli government expressed gratitude to President Trump and the United States for their support in addressing the Iranian nuclear threat.

In an official statement, the Prime Minister's Office of Israel remarked, "Having achieved the objectives of the operation and in full coordination with President Trump, Israel agrees to the President's proposal for a bilateral ceasefire. Israel will respond forcefully to any violation of the ceasefire."

President Trump had previously announced that both Israel and Iran had consented to a "complete and total ceasefire," which would conclude the ongoing conflict shortly after Tehran targeted American air bases in the region. He indicated on Truth Social that both nations might exchange final strikes within the next six hours before the ceasefire takes effect.

Trump elaborated, stating, "Iran will initiate the ceasefire, and after the 12th hour, Israel will commence its ceasefire, leading to an official end to the 12-Day War after 24 hours." The hostilities between Israel and Iran began on June 13, following a significant airstrike by Israel on Iranian military and nuclear sites, dubbed "Operation Rising Lion."

In response, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) launched a large-scale drone and missile operation named 'Operation True Promise 3,' targeting Israeli fuel production facilities and energy supply centers. The situation intensified when the US executed precision airstrikes on three critical Iranian nuclear sites under the operation titled "Operation Midnight Hammer." Iran retaliated by firing multiple missiles at US military bases in Qatar and Iraq, including the Al Udeid Air Base, the largest US military installation in the region.
