They secured the gold medal by defeating Kazakhstan with a score of 3-1 (25-18, 19-25, 25-15, 25-21) in the final match held in Kathmandu, as reported by an Iranian semi-official news agency.

After Kazakhstan equalized by winning the second set, Iran responded with a dominant display in the subsequent sets, ultimately clinching the title and concluding the tournament with a perfect 6-0 record.
