Iran Warns of Strong Retaliation Against Israeli Attacks

Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has issued a stern warning regarding the country's response to Israeli attacks on its energy infrastructure. He stated that the recent retaliation was just a small fraction of Iran's capabilities and emphasized that any further strikes would be met with no restraint. Araghchi called for an end to the conflict, urging the U.S. and Israel to stop targeting Iranian civilian sites. The situation has escalated following Israel's attacks on Iran's Pars natural gas field and Bushehr nuclear plant, leading to Iranian strikes on oil facilities in neighboring Gulf nations. This ongoing tension highlights the fragile state of relations in West Asia.

Iran's Firm Stance on Israeli Aggression

On Thursday, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi declared that the country's response to Israeli assaults on its Pars natural gas field and Bushehr nuclear facility was merely a small demonstration of its capabilities. He emphasized that Iran would not hold back if its critical infrastructure were targeted again. Araghchi urged that for any resolution to the ongoing conflict, both the United States and Israel must cease their attacks on Iranian civilian locations. He stated, “Our reaction to Israel's aggression on our infrastructure utilized only a fraction of our strength. The sole reason for our restraint was to honor calls for de-escalation. There will be no restraint if our infrastructures are attacked again. Any resolution to this conflict must consider the damage inflicted on our civilian sites,” as he posted on X. The situation in West Asia has intensified following Israel's strikes on Iran's energy facilities, prompting Iran to retaliate against oil installations in neighboring Gulf countries.
