Iran's Negotiation Team Heads to Switzerland

In Dubai, Iranian state media has reported that the nation's negotiation team is set to travel to Switzerland for discussions with the United States regarding their interim agreement related to the ongoing conflict. This announcement was made by a spokesperson from the foreign ministry on Saturday.

Originally scheduled for Friday, the trip was postponed. The timing of this new announcement coincides with statements from Iran's joint military command, which indicated that the Strait of Hormuz has been closed again, attributing this to ongoing Israeli military actions in Lebanon.

Esmail Bagahei, the foreign ministry spokesperson, emphasized during the state television broadcast that any memorandum or agreement is truly evaluated only when it enters the implementation stage.
