Investigation Launched into Teen Abduction Case in Bhadohi District

Authorities in Bhadohi district are investigating the alleged abduction of a 16-year-old girl who went missing on November 29. A woman reported that her niece, visiting from Ghazipur, disappeared under suspicious circumstances. Witnesses noted three young men near her home on the day of the incident. The police have registered a case against one identified suspect and two unknown individuals, and efforts are underway to locate the missing girl. This case highlights ongoing concerns regarding the safety of minors in the region.
 

Teen Abduction Allegations in Suriyawa Area

In the Suriyawa region of Bhadohi district, authorities have initiated legal proceedings against three individuals in connection with the alleged abduction of a teenage girl. The Superintendent of Police, Abhimanyu Manglik, reported on Wednesday that a woman filed a complaint on Monday, stating that her 16-year-old niece, who had visited from the Nandganj police jurisdiction in Ghazipur district, went missing on November 29.


Manglik further explained that the woman began searching for the girl and was informed by local villagers that three young men were seen loitering suspiciously near her home on the day of the incident.


According to the Superintendent of Police, the woman later discovered that Upendra Paswan, also from the Nandganj area in Ghazipur, was missing as well and was likely in contact with the teenager.


Based on the woman's report, a case of abduction has been registered against Upendra Paswan and two unidentified individuals, and the investigation is currently underway. The police are actively searching for the missing girl.
