Concerned by this revelation, she shared a video on social media questioning how a product allegedly made in Pakistan ended up in Maharashtra's local market. The video quickly gained traction online, prompting local authorities to take action and investigate the matter.

Police Form Special Team for Investigation

Following the video's viral spread, the Pimpri-Chinchwad police have initiated an investigation and established a special team to trace the source and supply chain of the blanket sold at the fair. They have also communicated with the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, instructing them to take action if any irregularities are discovered during the investigation. Reports indicate that the blanket was purchased during the Sankashti Chaturthi celebrations, which attracted a large number of devotees to the temple premises.

This incident follows the recent arrest of three individuals in Maharashtra's Sambhajinagar district for selling cosmetic products labeled 'Made in Pakistan.'
