Ongoing Operation in Rajouri's Dense Forests

The operation named 'Operation Sheruwali' is intensifying in the dense forests of Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir, where security forces have successfully surrounded two Pakistani commandos, Ilyas Fauji and Abu Hamza. These individuals are suspected of involvement in multiple attacks across Rajouri and the Jammu division. Teams from the army, police, and CRPF are actively conducting search operations in the area, which have been ongoing for the past six days. Security personnel are focused on encircling the terrorists hidden among the hills, ravines, and thick forests.

Currently, over 3,000 troops from the army, CRPF, and police are engaged in this search operation, utilizing drones and helicopters to monitor movements. The operation is being conducted at altitudes of up to 10,000 feet, with reinforcements deployed in the dense forests of Mogla Gambhir and Dori Mal. Additional vehicles have also arrived to support the operation.

Destruction of Terrorist Hideouts and Seizure of Supplies

The search operation in the Rajouri forests has been relentless for the past six days, initiated after receiving intelligence about the activity of a Pakistani terrorist network. Sources indicate that terrorist Ilyas Fauji is hiding with some associates in the upper regions of the mountains.

In a significant development, security forces have completely dismantled the main hideouts of the terrorists, seizing a large quantity of rations, clothing, and other essential supplies. Officials believe that this operation has disrupted the terrorists' supply lines, making it increasingly difficult for them to remain hidden in the forests.
