Paras Public School in Bhawarna recently hosted a one-day workshop focused on “Learning Outcomes and Teaching Methods.” Approximately 60 educators attended the event, which was led by experts Mrs. Kalpana Khanna and Mr. Taparv Awasthi.
The workshop began with a ceremonial lighting of a lamp at the feet of Goddess Saraswati, performed by the school’s Director Mr. Mahesh Chand Katoch, Principal Mrs. Neelam Rana, along with the invited specialists.
Throughout the sessions, the experts presented various strategies aimed at enhancing teaching effectiveness. They highlighted the importance of recognizing that students come from diverse backgrounds and possess different learning capabilities, urging teachers to adapt their methods accordingly. Engaging activities such as learning-based games, group collaborations, pair work, and smart classroom techniques were encouraged to foster a more interactive educational environment.
Particular attention was given to approaches for teaching gifted, average, and slow learners, promoting inclusivity within the classroom. The experts illustrated how games and teamwork can help clarify complex concepts and eliminate learning obstacles.
At the end of the workshop, the Director, Principal, and Mr. Dikshant presented the experts with gifts and tokens of appreciation, thanking them for their invaluable insights and guidance.
