Additionally, athletics stars like Gulveer Singh, Manpreet Kaur, and Damneet Singh are also aiming for podium finishes as India seeks to enhance its medal tally. The day's events will kick off at 7:15 AM IST, featuring Tomar, Patil, and Kumar in the men's 50m rifle 3 positions individual and team competition, as reported by ESPN.

Evening Athletics Events

The athletics medal events are scheduled for the evening. Manpreet Kaur and Krishna Jayasankar Menon will compete in the women's shot put final at 3:35 PM IST, followed by Sindhusree Ganesha and Baranica Elangoval in the women's pole vault final at 4:33 PM IST. Gulveer Singh will participate in the men's 10,000m final at 5:02 PM IST, while Damneet Singh and Praveen Kumar will compete in the men's hammer throw final at 5:10 PM IST.
