Navneet Kaur opened the scoring early in the 4th minute, followed by Sunelita Toppo, who extended the lead in the 15th minute. The team's strong defensive performance ensured they maintained their advantage, securing their place in the FIH Hockey Women's Pro League for the upcoming season.

Lalremsiami was honored as the 'Player of the Match' in the final, while Deepika shared the title of top scorer of the tournament, netting six goals alongside Ashley Sessa from the USA. This victory marks India's second Nations Cup title, having previously won the inaugural tournament in 2022.
