India secured the win with a score of 235-233, edging out South Korea by a narrow margin. The match intensified in the second half as South Korea leveled the scores at 175. However, crucial shots from Chikitha Taniparthi and Prithika Pradeep, along with a nine from Jyothi Surekha Vennam, propelled India to a two-point victory.

Strong Start by Indian Archers

The Indian trio, comprising Jyothi, Chikitha, and Prithika, began the match on a high note. Prithika opened with a nine, followed by Jyothi's perfect 10. South Korea also started strong, scoring three 10s. India responded effectively in the second rotation, with all three archers hitting 10s, resulting in a tied score of 59-59 after two rotations.

Maintaining Momentum

In the third rotation, India faced a slight challenge initially, with Chikitha scoring a nine. However, Prithika and Jyothi quickly regained momentum with perfect 10s. South Korea also struggled, allowing India to take a lead for the first time at 88-86.

As the second half commenced, South Korea shot first and quickly regained ground with three 10s. India responded with perfect shots from Chikitha and Prithika, while Jyothi recorded her first nine, keeping India ahead at 147-145.

South Korea's comeback continued with another set of three 10s, while India managed two nines and a 10 from Jyothi, leveling the score at 175-175.
