In 2024 alone, around 240,000 Indians visited Azerbaijan and 330,000 visited Turkey, collectively contributing over ₹69 billion to their tourism economies.' He highlighted Azerbaijan's user-friendly e-visa system and direct flights as key factors, while Turkey's rich historical sites and diverse landscapes also appealed to travelers.
