Indian Startups Shine at CES 2026: A Global Tech Showcase
Growing Indian Presence at CES
Las Vegas: The global technology event CES is witnessing an increasing number of Indian companies and startups, as highlighted by a senior executive at this premier tech showcase.
John Kelley, Vice President and Show Director of CES, expressed enthusiasm about the growing participation of Indian startups, stating, "The Indian presence continues to grow at CES. We are excited to see more Indian startups participating in the event, and we look forward to even broader involvement in the future."
Kelley specifically mentioned Ultrahuman, a Bangalore-based company known for its innovative technology and wearables, which he is particularly excited to welcome this year.
Ultrahuman offers products such as the lightest sleep-tracking wearable globally, a continuous glucose monitoring system, and a preventive blood testing platform.
This year's CES is expected to attract participants from around 150 countries, with approximately 40% of attendees and exhibitors coming from outside the United States.
CES 2026, organized by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), commenced on Tuesday and will continue until January 9, featuring a diverse array of global companies, startups, industry leaders, and government officials, all eager to explore next-generation technologies aimed at addressing global challenges.
Over 4,100 exhibitors are showcasing innovations in various fields, including accessibility, artificial intelligence, digital health, energy solutions, immersive entertainment, mobility, quantum technology, and robotics.
As North America's largest technology trade association, the CTA supports more than 18 million American jobs and represents leading innovators from startups to established global brands.
This year, the CTA has also introduced a partnership initiative to connect investors with startups participating in CES.
Gary Shapiro, Executive Chair and CEO of the Consumer Technology Association, noted that CES 2026 will feature more than 4,000 exhibitors, over 1,300 speakers, and more than 400 sessions.
"CES is a hub for innovators, where business accelerates, partnerships form, and technology transforms challenges into opportunities," Shapiro remarked. "We are excited to see global innovators unveil breakthroughs that will shape the future."
According to information from the CES website, several Indian companies and startups are participating, including AI-driven health solutions provider aabo, Bhopal's ArvyaX Technologies, the CMAI Association of India, Gurgaon-based smartwatch brand Noise, automotive tech firm Sona Comstar, and global tech partner Zoondia.
Last year, Kelley noted the introduction of the first Indian pavilion at CES 2024.
Hamish Patel, Vice President of Product Devices for Noise, expressed pride in showcasing their products at CES, stating, "We are proud to compete on a global stage. Our company has matured, with our own R&D team and most designs and manufacturing done in India. Our goal is to present unique products that can compete with the best here."
Noise ranks as the third-largest smartwatch brand worldwide, focusing on making technology accessible to everyone.
ArvyaX Technologies is presenting at Eureka Park, a CES platform dedicated to emerging startups globally.
"This is a significant moment for us, as we are not just representing our company but also India on the world stage, showcasing innovation from India for the world," said Shalabh Bhatnagar, founder and CEO of ArvyaX, who attended CES for the first time in 2017 and dreamed of returning with his own company.
"ArvyaX is not just made in India; it is innovated in India," he emphasized.
