Review of Previous Performances and Future Prospects

In the previous year's tournament held in Chicago, India's journey concluded in the second round, with Anahat Singh, Veer Chotrani, Abhay Singh, and Ramit Tandon all facing defeats, while Velavan Senthilkumar lost in the first round to Diego Elias.

Notably, India's women's squash team, including Anahat Singh, will not participate in this year's event.

India has yet to achieve a medal in the singles categories at the PSA World Championships.

Additionally, squash is poised to make its Olympic debut at the Los Angeles 2028 Summer Olympics, highlighting the sport's increasing global prominence.
