In their second match at the FIH Junior Women's World Cup held at the Centro Deportivo de Hockey Cesped, Estadio Nacional in Santiago, the Indian Junior Women's Hockey Team experienced a setback, losing 1-3 to Germany. Hina Bano scored India's sole goal in the 58th minute, while Germany's goals came from Lena Frerichs (5'), Annika Schonhoff (52'), and Martina Reisenegger (59'), according to a press release from Hockey India.
