Both athletes have played crucial roles in India's international hockey achievements in 2025. Hardik Singh was pivotal in securing a Gold medal at the Hero Asia Cup in Rajgir, Bihar, thanks to his strong midfield contributions. On the other hand, Navneet Kaur was instrumental in India's Silver medal win at the Women's Asia Cup in Gongshu, scoring six goals throughout the tournament.
