This venue is set to host its inaugural One-Day International match when India faces New Zealand on January 11. Gill commended the Kotambi Stadium, emphasizing the high-quality amenities and spacious dressing rooms. Krishna expressed his excitement about returning to the venue, reminiscing about his Karnataka team's victory in the Vijay Hazare Trophy final held in Vadodara last year. He highlighted the top-notch facilities, including the pool, gym, and practice areas, which enhance the experience. 'I'm thrilled to be back here, especially since we won the Vijay Hazare Trophy last year. The facilities are fantastic, and I'm really looking forward to playing on this ground again,' Krishna shared.
