Trade Agreement Sparks New Energy in Indian Parliament
The recent trade agreement between India and the United States has not only invigorated the global economy but has also breathed new life into the corridors of the Indian Parliament. During a meeting of the NDA parliamentary party on Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi attributed the success of this agreement to 'patience' and addressed previous criticisms from the opposition.

In his address to NDA MPs, Prime Minister Modi emphasized that the historic trade agreement with the US is a result of sustained patience, noting that earlier criticisms regarding tariff negotiations have now transformed into positive outcomes. He stated that this deal has created a favorable economic environment and reflects the government's steady approach towards global trade discussions.
Modi remarked, "People criticized the tariffs, but we remained patient, and now the results are evident." He further added, "The global system is changing, and it is rapidly leaning towards India. I have consistently mentioned this on various global platforms, and today we see that despite trade tensions in many countries, India is benefiting."
The Prime Minister also urged MPs to ensure full attendance in Parliament and actively participate in discussions, stressing the importance of effectively communicating the government's work to the public. He encouraged party leaders to reach out to citizens and highlight the key achievements outlined in the central budget.
