New Educational Initiatives in Madhya Pradesh

In Ashoknagar, Guna, and Bhopal, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia inaugurated the 'Sandipani C.M. Rise School' today, marking the final day of his visit to Bhopal-Ashoknagar. Earlier, he also opened a nursery school in Chanderi and unveiled a statue of his late father, Madhavrao Scindia, at Madhav College, along with the inauguration of the new Madhav Science College building. Addressing the local citizens, parents, and students, he emphasized that this school represents not just a building, but the foundation for the dreams, potential, and bright futures of the village children.


Equal Opportunities for Village Children

During the ceremony, the Union Minister highlighted Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of ensuring quality education reaches every child. He stated that the newly established school in Piprai will guarantee that children from rural areas have access to the same resources, quality, and opportunities as those in major cities. He praised Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav for naming these schools 'Sandipani', as Maharishi Sandipani was the guru of Lord Krishna, and such institutions will inspire children to become 'fully capable'.


Modern Facilities and Vocational Education

Scindia explained that the ₹32 crore investment will equip the campus with state-of-the-art facilities, including smart classrooms, modern laboratories for science, mathematics, and languages, as well as innovative teaching resources. There will be a strong emphasis on vocational education, ensuring that students are not limited to theoretical knowledge but also acquire technical and practical skills, becoming 'job creators' in the journey towards a self-reliant India.


Significant Initiatives in Chanderi for Education and Heritage

Earlier today, Minister Scindia inaugurated a nursery school in Chanderi, built at a cost of ₹30 lakh. He also unveiled a statue of his father, Madhavrao Scindia, within the Madhav College campus and inaugurated the new Madhav Science College building. These initiatives aim to strengthen the educational infrastructure while honoring the region's historical and intellectual heritage.


Cultivating Values, Culture, and Responsible Citizenship

The Union Minister stated that the goal of education is not solely to secure employment but also to nurture cultured, sensitive, and responsible citizens. This school will connect children with Indian culture, moral values, and social responsibilities, ensuring they build a strong foundation in both knowledge and character.

In his address, Scindia remarked on the historic changes in India's education system over the past decade. Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, the 'New Education Policy' (NEP) is providing students with opportunities to advance according to their interests and abilities. He expressed confidence that this school will produce future doctors, engineers, scientists, entrepreneurs, and leaders of the nation. The government led by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav is taking significant steps to enhance the education of young children in the state.
