Exciting New Launches from Honda

Honda has introduced two new Completely Built Units (CBU) in India: the Rebel 500 and the X-ADV 750. According to sources, the company is preparing to unveil the all-new CB 1000 Hornet in the Indian market shortly. Honda appears to have ambitious plans to enhance their Big Wing lineup in the coming months, with the new motorcycle expected to be priced between Rs 10.70 lakh and Rs 11.20 lakh.

In the global market, the Honda CB 1000 faces competition from models like the Kawasaki Z900 and the Triumph Street Triple R. While the pricing may vary in India, buyers can anticipate impressive performance from this motorcycle. It will feature a 1000cc inline four-cylinder engine capable of generating 152 horsepower and a peak torque of 104 Nm.

Advanced Features of the CB 1000

The CB 1000 will come equipped with a range of advanced features, including a TFT display, adjustable Showa suspension, and various riding modes. Additionally, customers will have the option to include a quickshifter as an extra feature.

Honda's recent surge in launches has taken the market by surprise, indicating the brand's intention to broaden its Big Wing lineup. The Rebel 500, X-ADV, and CB 1000 are likely to be CBU imports available at premium dealerships nationwide. This strategy may be aimed at establishing a strong presence in the premium motorcycle segment, with Honda potentially introducing an SP variant of the Hornet in India as well. The SP variant is expected to feature Brembo Stylema brakes and fully adjustable Ohlins rear shocks, with an engine output of 157 horsepower and 107 Nm of torque.
