Homemade Toothpaste: A Natural Solution for Cavities
Understanding Cavities and Their Remedies
Toothpaste for Cavities: The term 'cavity' does not refer to an actual worm in the tooth but rather to the decay that occurs within the tooth structure. When decay sets in, it can lead to a hollow or darkened area in the tooth.
This condition can give the impression of a worm infestation, but it is actually decay that can cause significant tooth pain. Therefore, addressing this decay is crucial. Ayurvedic practitioner Robin Sharma recently shared a video on his Instagram, explaining how to create a homemade toothpaste that can effectively combat tooth decay, bad breath, toothaches, and other dental issues.
Homemade Toothpaste for Tooth Decay
According to Dr. Sharma, he has not used commercial toothpaste for the past two years, opting instead to make his own at home. This practice has eliminated issues such as bleeding gums, swollen gums, cavities, and complaints of bad breath. He emphasizes that store-bought toothpaste, often flavored and scented, can disrupt the mouth's natural biome. While they may seem effective, these products can lead to bleeding gums, bad breath, and frequent cavities. Hence, he advocates for using homemade toothpaste instead of chemical-laden alternatives.
To prepare this toothpaste, you will need 10 grams of cloves, 20 grams of alum, 30 grams of rock salt, 40 grams of turmeric, and 50 grams of dried neem leaves. Combine all these ingredients to create a powder.
How to Use This Toothpaste
For cleaning your teeth, take a teaspoon of the prepared powder in your palm. Add a few drops of mustard oil to the powder, mix it with your fingers, and apply it to your toothbrush for cleaning your teeth. This homemade toothpaste can be used daily for effective dental hygiene.
