Palampur — In the tranquil hill town of Palampur, while many are still in slumber, the classrooms of Himvidyarthi Foundation buzz with activity as early as 5 a.m. Young aspirants are diligently preparing for one of India's most challenging entrance exams — the Sainik School Examination.
