Ingredients: To make this tea, you will need one and a half cups of water, half a teaspoon of Arjuna bark powder, 4 to 5 basil leaves, one inch of grated ginger, half a teaspoon of turmeric, and 1-2 cloves of garlic.
To prepare the tea, combine all the ingredients in water and bring it to a boil. Once the water reduces to half, sip it slowly. It is recommended to drink this tea on an empty stomach to help maintain cholesterol levels.
