Ghulam Nabi Azad Admitted to Hospital


Riyadh: Ghulam Nabi Azad, a former minister and member of an all-party delegation, has been hospitalized and is currently receiving medical care, as reported by BJP MP Baijayant Jay Panda on Tuesday.


Panda shared on X, "Midway through our delegation's journey, Shri @ghulamnazad has been admitted to the hospital. He is stable and under medical supervision, undergoing various tests and procedures."






Azad expressed disappointment over his hospitalization, especially after making significant contributions during meetings in Bahrain and Kuwait.


Panda remarked, "His absence will be felt deeply in Saudi Arabia and Algeria," as he and the delegation arrived in Riyadh on Tuesday.


The delegation plans to engage with various political figures, government representatives, thought leaders, and members of the Indian community during their visit.
