Haryana Government Approves Establishment of 12 New Labor Courts
New Labor Courts to Address Industrial Disputes
The Labor Minister of Haryana, Anil Vij, announced on Wednesday that the state government has approved the establishment of 12 new labor courts across 12 districts to ensure the swift resolution of industrial disputes.
With this addition, the total number of labor courts in Haryana will rise to 26. In an official statement made on Wednesday, the minister revealed that he had sent a proposal to the Chief Minister recommending the establishment of labor courts in these 12 additional districts.
The districts where the new labor courts will be set up include Panchkula, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra, Karnal, Kaithal, Jind, Sirsa, Mahendragarh, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Fatehabad, and Mewat (Nuh). Vij further mentioned that approximately ₹12 crores will be allocated for the infrastructure, furniture, vehicles, and other necessities for these 12 labor courts.
