Tribute at Fatehgarh Sahib
Nayab Singh Saini, the Chief Minister of Haryana, visited the Gurudwara Fatehgarh Sahib in Punjab to pay his respects, coinciding with the commencement of a three-day gathering honoring the sacrifices of Guru Gobind Singh's mother and his two younger sons.
The annual Shaheedi Sabha at Fatehgarh Sahib is scheduled from December 25 to 27. Accompanying Saini was Ashwani Sharma, the acting president of the Punjab unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Together, they bowed their heads in tribute to the young Sahibzadas and Mata Gujri.
Saini remarked that the martyrdom of the young Sahibzadas is unparalleled in the annals of humanity, serving as an eternal source of inspiration for standing firm on the paths of truth, righteousness, and justice.
Meanwhile, Sharma emphasized that the sacrifices made by the Guru Sahibans form the bedrock of the nation's spiritual and moral strength. He noted that the Shaheedi Sabha is a sacred occasion to remember the rich heritage of Sikh history.
