In response to the escalating dengue threat in Delhi, the central government has ramped up its vigilance. Central Health and Family Welfare Minister JP Nadda chaired a high-level review meeting focused on preparations for dengue prevention and control in the capital. Senior officials from the health department, representatives from municipal bodies, and relevant agencies participated in the meeting.

The primary goal of this meeting was to ensure effective measures are in place to curb the spread of mosquito-borne diseases, particularly dengue.
