First CEO of Ram Temple to be Announced Soon

Ayodhya, Sep 1: The committee responsible for selecting the inaugural Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ram Temple is set to present three shortlisted candidates to the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust on Tuesday.

The final selection report will be delivered to the Trust at the Ram Janmabhoomi site, with an announcement regarding the new CEO expected during a significant meeting on Wednesday.

Members of the selection committee, which includes retired Justice Pramod Kohli, retired Lieutenant General Vishnu Kant Chaturvedi, and expert Suresh Hawade, have arrived in Ayodhya for the interviews.

The decision on the first CEO is anticipated to be made during a meeting at the residence of the Ram Temple Trust chairman located in Maniramdas Cantonment.

Additionally, the Trust is expected to announce its first secretary on the same day, with Jagdish Offley likely to take on this role.

Meetings will commence at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Maniramdas Cantonment, where several crucial decisions regarding the Trust are anticipated.

This appointment follows reports of theft involving offerings at the Ram Temple, prompting the Trust to fill other vacant positions during the meeting.

Two key roles became vacant after the resignations of Champat Rai and Anil Mishra, both of whom were senior officials within the Ram Temple Trust.

Another vacancy arose due to the recent passing of Raja Ayodhya Vimlendra Mohan Pratap Mishra, a member of the Trust.

All three appointments could be officially revealed on Wednesday.

In related news, literary figure Yatindra Mishra, son of the late Raja Vimlendra Mohan Pratap Mishra, is also expected to join the Ram Mandir Trust.

Bajrang Lal Bangra, the International General Secretary of Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP), may also be included in the Trust.
