After lunch, he always indulges in sherbet and finishes his meals before evening. His day starts early at 4 AM with exercise, emphasizing the importance of yoga, which contributes to his remarkable health at his age.


A devotee of Goddess Durga, PM Modi engages in regular prayers and often observes fasts, which is believed to be a secret to his well-being.
