Rose Public School in Sulyali recently held its Student Council Election and Oath-Taking Ceremony for the academic year 2026–27. The event, guided by Principal Mr. Sanjay Sharma Souguni and Vice Principal Mrs. Babita Souguni, showcased a democratic process where students actively participated in nominations and discussions about school improvement. Newly elected leaders pledged to uphold values of discipline and responsibility. Rose Public School in Sulyali recently hosted its Student Council Election and Oath-Taking Ceremony for the academic year 2026–27, showcasing a vibrant atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and respect. The event was overseen by Principal Mr. Sanjay Sharma Souguni and Vice Principal Mrs. Babita Souguni.

The formation of the Student Council was achieved through a democratic election process, where students engaged actively by submitting nominations, articulating their ideas, and outlining their visions for the school's development. Candidates addressed key topics such as discipline, cleanliness, sports, cultural initiatives, and fostering a positive school environment.


Following a fair election, the newly elected members pledged to maintain discipline, respect, and responsibility earnestly.


The newly appointed leaders are as follows:



  • Head Boy: Rishav Dadwal


  • Head Girl: Jansi Thapa


  • Vice Head Boy: Navneet


  • Vice Head Girl: Namrata Sen


  • Sports Captain (Boys): Akshit


  • Sports Captain (Girls): Smriti Parmar


  • House Coordinator: Gunjan Thakur

Additional roles were filled by Cultural Heads Harshita and Tanvi, Art Club Head Akshiti, along with members Gaurav, Harshpreet, Shreya, Anita, Navya, Aarohi, Yashita, Sabri, Anamika, Aradhya, and Rajesh.


During his address, Principal Mr. Sanjay Sharma Souguni highlighted that such electoral processes cultivate leadership skills, confidence, accountability, and democratic principles among students. Vice Principal Mrs. Babita Souguni congratulated the newly elected members and urged them to fulfill their responsibilities with commitment.


The ceremony wrapped up with the school community extending heartfelt wishes to all elected representatives for a promising and responsible future.
