The Secretary of the Tripura Cricket Association (TCA), Subrata Dey, expressed enthusiasm about hosting the Indian Premier League (IPL) Fan Park in Agartala for the upcoming Second Qualifier and final. He noted that this event would bring the excitement of the IPL playoffs and final closer to cricket enthusiasts in Tripura. Dey highlighted that the initiative by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) showcases the increasing popularity of cricket in the region and is optimistic that a large crowd will gather to enjoy the live screenings and festive atmosphere.

The IPL Fan Park is scheduled for this Friday evening, coinciding with the Second Qualifier and the Final Match on May 31, 2026.
