On Friday, tensions among the United States, Israel, and Iran continued for the seventh consecutive day, with escalating violence across the region. The U.S. military has intensified its attacks on Iranian military installations, while Israel has indicated a new phase in its operations. U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth warned of a significant increase in American military presence in Iran in the coming days. A torpedo fired by a U.S. submarine off the coast of Sri Lanka sank an Iranian warship, resulting in at least 87 fatalities. UNICEF has reported that approximately 200 children have died in the Middle East following military actions by the U.S. and Israel against Iran over the weekend.
