On Monday, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh participated in the third edition of the Sansad Khel Mahakumbh held in Lucknow. He emphasized the swift development of sports infrastructure throughout India, noting that modern facilities, stadiums, and training centers are being established even in the most remote areas. Singh pointed out that in Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is making substantial investments in sports initiatives amounting to thousands of crores, with cities like Lucknow experiencing notable enhancements in their sports amenities.
