Today marked the launch of a three-day In-House Training Programme at Maharishi Vidya Mandir in Kangra, blessed by His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji and guided by Chairman Brahmachari Girish Ji. The event was led by the school's Principal, Ms. Pooja Sharma.

The training initiative aims to enhance the professional growth of educators and improve teaching standards.

The first day began with a Guru Pooja, followed by Transcendental Meditation and the chanting of 'Jai Gurudev.' Principal Ms. Pooja Sharma extended a warm welcome to the Resource Person, Mr. Anurag Sharma, who is the Principal of Galaxy Public School in Nagrota Surian.

During the session, Mr. Anurag Sharma shared insightful guidance on significant educational topics. He discussed the goals of NEP 2020 and the changing educational landscape, emphasizing the necessity for ongoing professional development for teachers. He also highlighted the vital role that educators play in fostering the physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of students, while underlining the importance of instilling moral values, discipline, responsibility, and a positive mindset in learners.

Principal Ms. Pooja Sharma noted that such training programs motivate teachers to continually upgrade their knowledge and skills. She emphasized that a skilled and informed teacher is essential for laying a solid foundation for the comprehensive development of students.
