In-House Teacher Training Programme at Maharishi Vidya Mandir

On August 11, 2026, the second day of the In-House Teacher Training Programme commenced at Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Kangra, featuring a Guru Poojan and Transcendental Meditation session, blessed by His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji and guided by Hon’ble Chairman Brahmachari Girish Ji.


The school’s Principal, Ms. Pooja Sharma, warmly welcomed and honored the Resource Person, Principal Mr. Anurag Sharma, who facilitated the day's activities.


Mr. Sharma discussed the importance of education in empowering students through Indian Knowledge Systems and Vocational Education, emphasizing India's rich intellectual legacy and its significance in contemporary education. He pointed out that vocational education cultivates vital skills, self-sufficiency, and empowerment among learners.


An engaging session on Transcendental Meditation was also part of the programme, where educators explored its advantages for improving focus, well-being, and consciousness.
