Effective Ways to Prevent Heart Blockage and Maintain Heart Health
Understanding Heart Health
In our busy lives, we often neglect our health. It's been said that we spend most of our time earning money, only to later spend that money on health issues caused by neglect. Therefore, it’s crucial to prioritize our health from the start. Today, we will discuss heart diseases. Individuals who regularly undergo health check-ups are usually aware of their health issues, while those who do not may remain unaware of potential problems. If someone has heart blockage or related issues, it can lead to serious complications.
The Impact of Acidity on Heart Health
If you are experiencing heart blockage, it indicates an increase in acidity levels in your blood. There are two types of acidity: gastric acidity and blood acidity.
Gastric acidity can cause symptoms like heartburn and sour belching, while when it escalates to blood acidity, it can lead to hyper-acidity. When gastric acidity enters the bloodstream, it can accumulate in the heart's arteries, resulting in heart blockage, which can ultimately lead to a heart attack due to impaired blood flow.
Natural Remedies to Alleviate Heart Blockage
To combat heart blockage, it is advisable to consume alkaline foods that can neutralize blood acidity. By eliminating acidity from the blood, the risk of a heart attack can be significantly reduced.
One of the best alkaline foods is bottle gourd (lauki). If you have heart blockage, drink a glass of bottle gourd juice every morning on an empty stomach. You can enhance the juice by adding 7 to 10 leaves of basil and mint. Ensure that the bottle gourd is not bitter before juicing. Add black or rock salt to the juice, avoiding white salt (iodized), as it can increase acidity. You should start noticing a difference by the 21st day, and within two to three months, your blood blockage should improve.
Maintaining Heart Health
Even if you are healthy, you can benefit from this remedy once a year. When bottle gourd is in season, follow this regimen for a month to keep your heart in optimal condition.
