Introduction to Heart Health

Hello friends, my name is Manoj. I want to share an experience that could benefit many. This story revolves around my father, Suresh Singh, a retired Indian Army personnel from Punjab, who is currently 69 years old. Two years ago, he began experiencing severe chest pain and difficulty breathing. Initially, we did not take it seriously, but one day during his morning walk, he suffered from intense pain and struggled to breathe. It was alarming, and I drove him home immediately. We rushed to a heart specialist in Delhi, where tests revealed a positive TMT result, high cholesterol levels, and an echocardiogram showing only 38% heart efficiency with 90% blockage. The doctor’s diagnosis was shocking, and we felt as if the ground had slipped from under our feet.

Seeking Alternatives

After receiving the same results at another hospital (Jindal Heart), where his heart efficiency was slightly better at 42%, the doctors recommended immediate surgery. However, we decided against bypass surgery after observing the post-operative conditions of others who had undergone similar procedures; they seemed to live like shadows of their former selves.

We opted for medication for a short period, but the doctors insisted on surgery. In search of alternative treatments, I spoke to a friend from Abohar, Punjab, who shared that his family had a genetic history of heart issues and was using home remedies. He suggested I try the same remedies for my father. We continued with the prescribed medications, including two main pills: Monet and Aspirin, while also incorporating Ayurvedic remedies. Remarkably, after following these remedies, my father's heart blockage completely resolved.

Positive Results

Recently, my father experienced a hernia issue, prompting a doctor to recommend an echocardiogram before treatment. The results showed his heart efficiency had improved to 62%, with no signs of blockage. He has not felt any weakness and continues to manage household chores and farm work, enjoying life to the fullest. Had we opted for bypass surgery or angioplasty, he would likely still be just a patient.

For those who have undergone bypass or angioplasty, these remedies could be crucial. After angioplasty, cholesterol tends to accumulate around the stents, often necessitating further procedures.

Home Remedies for Heart Health

1. Arjuna Bark: A friend introduced me to Arjuna bark, and after learning about its benefits, I decided to incorporate it into my routine. I regularly consume Arjuna decoction, taking 30 ml in a glass of warm water on an empty stomach twice daily.

Preparation of Decoction: Boil 1 kg of Arjuna bark in 5 liters of water until it reduces by half. Strain and store it in a glass bottle. A friend also suggested adding cinnamon for quicker results, but we initially used only Arjuna bark.

2. Rajiv Dixit’s Recipe: Combine equal parts of ginger juice, lemon juice, garlic juice, and apple cider vinegar. Heat the mixture on low until it reduces to three cups, then cool it and mix in three cups of honey. This remedy should be taken three teaspoons daily on an empty stomach.

Heart surgeries today can cost a fortune, and it’s disheartening when they don’t yield relief. These remedies can be used with confidence. I have shared these remedies with many relatives, and several have benefited. They are also effective for those with high blood pressure and any heart-related issues.
