According to Ayurveda, an increase in the Vata dosha (imbalance of the air element) leads to blockages in the body's pathways. This can result in joint pain, stiffness, nerve blockages, and muscle fatigue.

Step 1: Oil Massage

Avoid foods like yogurt, cold drinks, raw salads, and cold water.


Incorporate desi ghee, warm milk, khichdi, and turmeric milk on an empty stomach with warm water.
