Learnathon 4.0 Concludes at GIET University


Gunupur: The Learnathon 4.0 event concluded on Saturday at GIET University, in partnership with Koigi Knight EduTech Services Pvt. Ltd. This four-day workshop provided students with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) through engaging sessions, expert talks, and practical projects.


The event was inaugurated by notable figures from Koigi Knight EduTech, including CEO K. Sesu Sanyasi Naidu, Director Kris Chintaluri, and Head of Training Vikrant Shitole, who shared insights on the latest trends and the significance of AI and ML in the industry.


Kalpana Shastri, former executive director of AgHub, participated virtually, emphasizing the growing role of AI in agriculture and its transformative potential for rural economies.


Prof. Dulu Pattnaik, dean of the School of Engineering and Technology (SoET), discussed the goals of Learnathon 4.0, urging students to innovate, collaborate, and adopt new technologies.


Taking place from July 23 to 26, the event attracted enthusiastic participation from students across various engineering fields, who presented working models, technical solutions, and concept demonstrations.


The inauguration was graced by Dr. NVJ Rao, Registrar of GIET University, along with faculty, students, and staff.


Dr. K Murali Gopal, associate dean of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, welcomed attendees, while Dr. Raghvendra Kumar coordinated the session.
